Something completely crazy happened tonight... I ran a mile in 10 minutes. I am not really sure how I did this because last time I "ran" a mile my time was 11 minutes and that was only a few weeks ago and I haven't really been running much. While I felt like I was going to die by the end, I do think I could improve my time - I ran almost the whole time except for about 30 seconds near the beginning when I got a side cramp and had to walk. Could probably fix that by doing some running during my warm up - guess this means just fast walking on the treadmill is not warming me up anymore unless I plan to just do weights.
Oh and the losing 15 pounds goal, that happened too! Probably no coincidence.
